Return, Cancellation, and Shipping Fees

Returns

Pro Hidden Fence must be notified of defective products within 14 days of receipt. The defective product should be returned immediately and will be accepted and replaced with a new item. Pro Hidden Fence will pay the shipping cost associated with the replacement. If you choose to return the product and not to receive a new one, you will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee.

Shipping

Orders received before 12PM Noon Central Time weekdays are generally shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees. Shipping rates vary between $5.00 and $15.00 depending on the weight and value of the product you order.

Cancellations

Pro Hidden Fence must be notified of all cancellations via phone. If Pro Hidden Fence is notified of a cancellation prior to an item shipping there will be no restocking fee. However, after an item ships there will be a $10.00 handling fee and the customer must pay for all shipping associated with this return.

Elite Receiver™ Lifetime Lifetime, includes damage due to a dog chew on a one time occurrence.

UltraElite Receiver® Lifetime Lifetime, includes damage due to a dog chew on a one time occurrence.

Elite SW Receiver™ Limited Lifetime Two years from date of purchase, excludes dog chews.
